Lance Lazor is an UTAULOID, UTAU is a free to use software that allows your computer to sing via a tuned robotic voice. Think of any sort of digital instrument you manipulate only instead of editing a virtual guitar your editing a robotic voice! Lance Lazor is expansive in his history, voicebanks, and canon. His likeness and licenses differ from bank to bank, and each bank can be found both on his website and here on itch.io. With rare exceptions Lance the character is free to use, but in order to use Lance commercially you must purchase a commercial license for nearly all the banks with few exceptions. In UTAU a voicebank is the type of setting for the software that gets plugged in for the tool that allows you to fidget with it. The voice you're messing with essentially. Each voicebank comes with it's own character. Lance is the character associated with this bank. Some characters are blank sheets, some contain personality. Lance has a set personality. He's bubbly, optimistic, kind and caring. He's also naive to a fault and overly trusting to his detriment. He never takes things seriously. To the degree that it often gets him in harms way.

Lance Lazor is a White Gajin and canonically genderfluid and pansexual. He may not be used in overtly political content without express permission however if aged up past 18 he may be used in 18+ content. Lance is usually portrayed as 16 years old, but can also be portrayed as 23, and 19 as well. However the default age for Lance Lazor is 16.

Lance Lazor may be used commercially with the purchasing of a License.

Commercial terms are as follows:

Lance Lazor is an immortal 16, 19, 23 year old. He may be used in NSFW content. NSFW referring to violent, sexual, perverse or otherwise graphic content. Lance may only be used in sexual content if he is portrayed as 18 or older. He may not be used in overtly political content without express permission from Lance's ownerDionysus Fros t. Lance Lazor may be used in commercial sales of prints (Fanart), magazines, Zines and cd covers. Lance may be used commercially in advertisements for music or music videos that use his character and voice. However he may not be used as the spokesperson of a product or the mascot of a brand without express permission from Dionysus Frost.

Prohibited use of Lance commercially is of toy merch or other physical goods (with the exception of cds and records) such as dolls, tshirts, (excluding posters) and plushies. In order to use Lance commercially please purchase his commercial license! By purchasing Lance Lazor you may use him in copyrighted stories and illustrations that you may reproduce and sell as long as he is not the brand ambassador of said work.

Derivative banks must be done with permission of Dionysus Frost (unless deceased). Redistribution of these banks are allowed but must be done for noncommercial use and not allow any sort of donation on the redistribution page. However upon Dionysus Frost's death clips may be taken from his videos or general content and used for new banks, these may be used however the distributer sees fit and even profited from but not until Dionysus's passing. Until then these sorts of banks must be done noncomercially and with permission.

Derivative designs may be done and owned by the artist/designer however may not use Lance's yellow logo/symbol (AS SEEN ON HIS STANDARD DESIGN) comercially without permission. Creators of derivative characters/designs (not banks) are allowed and shall own them under these conditions. No permission required.
